We are excited to share some exciting news with you! After a period of intense preparations, BNM’s new workshop has finally been put into production! Nearly ten new automatic production lines have been installed, including rectangular POE F304 and F311, 502 retortable POE etc. With the installation of the new production lines, BNM’s production capacity and efficiency is greatly increased.

Our new production base has multiple functions. One is for production center for producing peel off end. The other is for our SUPER R&D center! With the widespread use of peel off ends, the demand for new peel off end is also growing. Our R&D center is working hard to develop better POE and packaging products, and continues to innovate more products to meet your needs.

For example, our new 502 retortable POE with diameter of 126.5mm, which can perfectly meet the packaging needs of ready meal. You can seal the delicacy with the #502 retortable peel off end. This size is perfectly for a salad box, a stewed beef with rice, spaghetti and meatballs, Yummy~!!

Food processes conditions vary. Food process machineries vary. When you have headaches in using the POE product, we are able to provide solutions instantly. It is because no one knows this retortable peel off end better than we do. Membrane is produced by our mother company which has 30 years of experience in R&D and production of flexible membrane. We test the products countless times before it is launched to the market. We imitate the application scenarios similiar to our customers’ applications, test it over and over again.

Over the years, we have accumulated a large amount of valuable experimental data.
