BNM 2024 annual party was a resounding success!

BNM hosted an unforgettable 2024 Annual Party—a vibrant evening that blended reflection, inspiration, and celebration. The event was divided into two exciting segments:

Part 1: GM Speech & Departmental Presentations

BNM General Manager, Mr. Sun Guojin, opened the evening with an inspiring speech outlining the company’s 2025 vision. He emphasized sustainability as a core focus, indeeed it is the common concern by the industry, and detailing plans for market expansion, and improved operational efficiency. Mr. Sun also shared an update on the 1-Billion-Capacity New Factory Project, noting its steady progress and it is targerted to be completed at the end of 2025.

Following this inspiring vision, the departmental summary presentations continued:

Ms. Erin Yeung, Director of Global Marketing, showcased innovative peel off end marketing strategies that expanded BNM’s global footprint and strengthened brand recognition. R&D Team highlighted key breakthroughs in peel‑off end technology and sustainable product development, paving the way for exciting new launches in 2025.  The sales department achieved excellent results in 2024, reaching new heights in revenue and market penetration. Meanwhile, the operations team continued to strengthen its capabilities. As a key support function for sales, operational efficiency had significantly improved through equipment optimization.

These accomplishments reflect BNM’s commitment to innovation, growth, and sustainability, setting the stage for an even more successful future!

Part 2: Mesmerizing Performances and the Annual Dinner

After the intense presentations, it was time relax and enjoy the evening! The stage came alive with increadible performances by our lovely talented colleagues. The night was filled with stunning dances, captivating singings, and even a surprise comedy act that left everyone in stitches. Each performance highlighted the creativity, passion, and strong sense of camaraderie that make our BNM Family such a unique and inspiring workplace.

The night continued with a grand annual dinner, where we BNM family gathered to share good food, engaging conversations, and memorable moments. It was an opportunity to reflect on the past year’s hard work and to strengthen the bonds that make our team stronger together.
